This website provides information about a recent data security incident experienced by the related health studies that you may know as the Nexplanon Observational Risk Assessment (NORA) or the International Active Surveillance Study – Safety of Contraceptives: Role of Estrogens (INAS-SCORE).  While we have no indication that any data related to the studies were stolen, viewed, or misused, as a precautionary step we sent notices to individuals whose information was contained on the impacted servers.  Please find below links to our notification letter and FAQs regarding the incident.
